Packing
Your item will be sent, wrapped with care, usually in
re-used packaging. Let us know if you'd like giftwrapping
or prefer a new mailing carton, (maybe for direct-to the-birthday-boy
/ girl deliveries). We're happy to help.
Delivery
Next dispatch day Weds 28th December. Normally, your item
will be sent within 1-2 days, either by 1st class Royal
Mail or for overseas shipping, by Royal Mail Airmail.
If you'd like to pay a little extra for UK next day delivery
or FedEx please email or ring 0845 478 6344 to arrange.
If it won't be convenient to sign on receipt, please contact
us prior to purchase.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items within 1 calender month
of purchase. Please contact us a.s.a.p. to make arrangements.
Buyer pays for P&P to us & we'll pay for P&P
back.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 working days of receipt,
if the item is in good, unworn & unused condition.
Contact us first to make arrangements. Buyer is responsible
for sending the goods back, please ensure the goods are
well packed... thanks! Refunds will be issued within 3
working days of receiving the satisfactorily returned
items & will be made via the method of payment.
Faulty Goods
We make every effort to ensure that your goods arrive,
free of faults. If for some reason we have overlooked
a problem, please get in touch within 7 working days so
we can arrange return of the item, offer our sincere apologies and send a replacement or refund.
Prices & Taxes
Prices do not include VAT or postage & packing. If
ordering from outside the UK or EU, local import duties
may be payable by you on receipt of goods.
