Packing
Your item will be sent, wrapped with care, usually in
re-used packaging. Let us know if you'd like giftwrapping
or prefer a new mailing carton, (maybe for direct-to the-birthday-boy
/ girl deliveries). We're happy to help.
Delivery
Normally, your item will be sent within 1-2 days, either
by 1st class Royal Mail or for overseas shipping, by
Royal Mail Airmail. If you'd like to pay a little extra
for UK next day delivery or FedEx please email or ring
0845 478 6344 to arrange. If it won't be convenient
to sign on receipt, please contact us prior to purchase.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items within 1 calender month
of purchase. Buyer pays for P&P to us & we'll
pay for P&P back.
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please let
us know within 7 working days of receipt of goods if there
is a problem with any of your items, so we can put things
right. Returns are accepted within 7 working days of receipt,
if the item is in good, unworn & unused condition.
Refunds will be less all P&P charges.
Faulty Goods
We make every effort to ensure that your goods arrive,
free of faults. If for some reason we have overlooked
a problem, please get in touch within 7 working days so
we can arrange return of the item, offer our sincere apologies and send a replacement or refund.
Prices & Taxes
Prices do not include VAT or postage & packing. If
ordering from outside the UK or EU, local import duties
may be payable by you on receipt of goods.

original, and are covered by trademark rights, copyright
and design right. Any infringements of these rights
will be vigorously pursued through legal channels.

We have done our best to describe and show our products
accurately. However all monitors vary and images may appear
a different colour than the actual item.

in writing to the address opposite, we’ll make sure
